KICK-OFF MEETING

More practical details:

  • For those who can join, short visit of Aix-en-Provence interesting locations will take place on Monday afternoon.
  • Wednesday morning is free.
  • You may be arriving at Marseille-Marignane airport on March, Saturday 24th or Sunday 25th and leave on March, Thursday 28th, for example. If you come by train, Aix-TGV station is connected to the city by a shuttle and by taxi. Please take care of your own flight/train tickets.
  • Please let us know your time of arrival. We will do our utmost best to receive you.
  • Hotel accommodation will be provided. Information will come in due time. You should only go to the hotel and register.
  • Local arrangements will all be dealt with by us. So, tell us of your potential special needs.

    12:30 Gathering for lunch
    14:00–18:00 First Workshop of the Programme, held in Aix-en-Provence with : 14:30 : Conference by Professor Han Sang-jin (Beijing University). 16:00 : Conference by Professor Muramatsu (Hokkaido University). 17:00 : Roundtable of the participants to the project.
    Audience for the Conferences and Roundtable will gather some of the colleagues met in the previous two days, so that participants may meet them and form links for future cooperation. (…)

    Day in Marseilles Starting from 9:30–10:00 Gathering and departure for Marseilles.
    Visit of University locations at Marseilles ; exchange with French academics interested in the project based in Marseilles.
    Lunch and dinner in Marseilles. Return to Aix-en-Provence at night.
